Outdoor Impressions

William E. Constable is the owner of Outdoor Impressions and has been so going on his 15^th year. He is a native of the valley so he is very familiar with the area.

Outdoor Impressions is a full landscaping firm and has been involved in several residential and commercial projects over the years. We specialize in several areas, including landscape and hardscape installs. We are Interlocking Concrete Pavement Institute (ICPI) certified and also certified with The National Concrete Masonry Association (NCMA). This makes us capable of installing retaining walls, patios, paver sidewalks, etc. During the winter months we also provide snow removal services for commercial and residential properties. We also maintain several properties in Harrisonburg. Maintenance consists of mowing, trimming, etc. and this is done on a weekly basis. Our maintenance division is set up on monthly maintenance contracts which are in effect the entire season. We currently employ 12 employees throughout the year and operate several types of large equipment. Our fleet ranges from excavation equipment (skid loaders and a mini excavator) to 12 on-road trucks (of various sizes) which are operated on a daily basis.

Due to the large demand of our mulching service, Outdoor Impressions has created its newest division Mulchit. The Mulchit truck is a state of the art bark blower that is capable of installing a variety of mulches, topsoil and compost. The truck can apply 25 cubic yards with each application and is operated by a 3 man crew using a 300 foot remote control hose.

Our business is located on route 11 south just before you approach the Rockingham County fairgrounds. We are inside the grounds of the Shenandoah Heritage Farmers Market. Along with providing services we do also retail products such as aggregate, topsoil, mulches, nursery items and more.
